Recital (34)

The selection criteria for the position of the Vice-Chair of the Board are the same as those for the selection of the Chair and other full-time members of the Board. It is therefore appropriate to provide the Vice-Chair of the Board with the same voting rights as those enjoyed by the Chair and the full-time members of the Board.
