Where disaggregated output data on greenhouse gas emissions from transport services have already been verified in accordance with specific rules set out by other Union legal acts, including, for the maritime sector, Regulation (EU) 2015/757 and the delegated acts adopted on the basis thereof or Regulation (EU) 2023/1805 and the delegated acts adopted on the basis thereof, and, for the aviation sector, Directive 2003/87/EC and the implementing acts adopted on the basis thereof, the data in question should be deemed to have been verified pursuant to this Regulation.
