Costs stemming from the Eurocontrol International Convention relating to Cooperation for the Safety of Air Navigation of 13 December 1960, as last amended, could be included in the determined costs given that all activities covered by that Convention at the time of adoption of this Regulation are considered as related to air navigation services.
