The social and professional staff organisations should respectively be consulted on all proposed measures having significant social, technological and human dimension or performance related implications. At Union level, the Sectoral Dialogue Committee set up under Commission Decision 98/500/EC and the Commission Expert Group on the Human dimension of the Single European Sky should also be consulted.
