For the purpose of performing their tasks of certification, oversight and enforcement in relation to the essential requirements relating to financial robustness, liability, insurance cover, ownership and organisational structure, the competent authority should rely on the assessments made by the national supervisory authority, unless the national competent authority concerned is responsible for all tasks related to certification.
