In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139, in particular with regard to the conditions that may be applied to the providers of ATM/ANS’ certificates and concerning the rules and procedures for the assessment and oversight, by the national supervisory authority, of compliance of those providers with the essential requirements relating to financial robustness, liability, insurance cover, ownership and organisational structure, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission. Those powers should be exercised in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
