After implementing the driving disqualification, the Member State of issuance should inform the person subject to the driving disqualification, within the deadlines laid down for the notification of similar decisions under its national law, of the adoption of the measures taken to implement that driving disqualification, in particular in order to allow the exercise of fundamental rights.
