Member States should ensure that adequate legal remedies are available regarding measures taken pursuant to this Directive, and that information about such remedies is provided in due time to ensure that they can be exercised effectively. However, it should not be possible for the driving disqualification imposed by the Member State of the offence to be challenged by way of an action brought in the Member State of issuance.
