Regulation (EU) 2024/1679 of the European Parliament and of the Council lays down requirements for the development of the trans-European transport network (TEN-T) to achieve the smooth functioning of the internal market, and aims to ensure that the same high-quality services are available and compatible with the systems of other transport modes along that network.
