Due to the persistence of the circumstances which led to the temporary suspension of the visa exemption and the lack of engagement on the part of Vanuatu to remedy them, by means of Council Decision (EU) 2022/2198, the Council repealed Decision (EU) 2022/366 and suspended the application of the Agreement in its entirety from 4 February 2023.
