Recital (8)
Pursuant to Article 8(6), first subparagraph, point (b), of Regulation (EU) 2018/1806, the Commission adopted Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/222 on 1 December 2022, which temporarily suspended the visa exemption for all nationals of Vanuatu from 4 February 2023 to 3 August 2024.
