In order to adjust the content of Annex I, which should list all Union legal acts pursuant to which chemicals data are generated or submitted to the Agencies or the Commission, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of amending Annex I by adding new Union legal acts pursuant to which relevant chemicals data and information are generated or submitted, as soon as such Union legal acts enter into force or are revised, unless otherwise provided.
