In order to take into account technical and scientific progress, as well as the level of digital readiness of market surveillance authorities and of children and their supervisors, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of supplementing this Regulation by determining the technical requirements of the digital product passport, and in respect of amending this Regulation with regard to the information that is to be included in the digital product passport and the information that is to be included in the registry.
