In order to facilitate the work of customs authorities in relation to toys and their compliance with the requirements set out in this Regulation, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of amending the list of commodity codes and product descriptions to be used for customs controls in accordance with this Regulation on the basis of Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87.
