The Commission should be able to consider, as a matter of its internal organisation, entrusting actions relating to cooperation on enforcement as provided for in this Regulation to the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), which has relevant expertise in that regard. Such internal decisions should not affect the continued exercise of the powers conferred upon the Commission or OLAF by other Union legal acts, including Council Regulation (EC) No 515/97.
