A Union compulsory licence in the context of a Union crisis or emergency mechanism should be granted to supply only the internal market with crisis-relevant products. Therefore, without prejudice to Regulation (EC) No 816/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, it should be prohibited to export products manufactured or marketed under a Union compulsory licence.
