Recital (48)

Article 124(4) of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 should be amended to enable the monitoring committee to give its opinion on the date of effect of all EAGF-related amendments in order to ensure that farmers and beneficiaries have sufficient time to take the proposed amendments into account.
