Article 134 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 sets out requirements on the content of and procedure applicable to annual performance reports, which are a basis for annual performance clearance referred to in Article 54 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116. In view of this Regulation’s deletion from Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 of the annual performance clearance procedure, those requirements should be modified. Such modification should include deletion of information required solely for the purposes of that procedure, such as information on realised unit amounts and justifications to be provided by Member States where the realised unit amounts exceed the corresponding planned unit amounts set out in the CAP Strategic Plans.
