Articles 102 and 103 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 laying down rules concerning exercise of the delegation of power to adopt delegated acts and the committee procedure applicable to implementing acts should be amended to take account of amendments of other provisions of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116, in particular the deletion of Article 54 thereof, introduced by this Regulation.
