In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation in view of the deletion of the annual performance clearance provided for in Article 54 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission to update Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/128 accordingly. Those powers should be exercised in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
