Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 provides for a mechanism for implementation of the memorandum of understanding on oilseeds, including provisions on increases of planned outputs and reduction coefficients to avoid exceeding the maximum support area for the whole Union. That provision needs to be amended to take into account amendments of Article 119 of that Regulation, introduced by this Regulation.
