In order to allow for an effective, efficient and complete review of decisions of the Office by the Boards of Appeal by means of a transparent, thorough, fair and equitable procedure, the power to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission to supplement this Regulation by specifying the details of appeal proceedings where proceedings relating to EU designs require derogations from the provisions laid down in delegated acts adopted pursuant to Article 73 of Regulation (EU)2017/1001.
