This Regulation respects the fundamental rights and observes the principles recognised by the Charter, including the right of collective bargaining and action, the principle of non-discrimination on the basis of sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation, the right to fair and just working conditions, the protection of young people at work and the principle of equality between women and men, in accordance with Article 6 TEU.
