Annex IV — MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM LEVEL OF THE PENALTY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 42

The minimum level of the penalty before possible modulation shall be 1 EUR/km of the affected train path. The maximum level of the penalty before possible modulation shall be 8 EUR/km of the affected train path.
