The existing obligation of the trader to specify, where a dispute following a complaint of a consumer could not be settled, whether or not that trader intends to make use of the relevant ADR entities to settle that dispute, should be removed as it is covered by the trader’s obligation to inform the ADR entity whether or not that trader intends to participate in the ADR procedure.
