In order to ensure that ADR entities, competent authorities and ADR contact points are able to fulfil their tasks efficiently, in particular the tasks introduced by this amending Directive, they should have sufficient human, material and financial resources at their disposal. It should remain possible for Member States to determine the appropriate forms of funding for that purpose.
