Consumer rights and obligations of traders towards consumers related to sales and service contracts can also give rise to disputes after the contract has terminated. This is the case, inter alia, regarding the obligation of traders to refrain from using content provided or created by the consumer, provided for in Directive (EU) 2019/770 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
