Recital (37)

In order to address the difficulties that European political parties, in particular small ones, face in achieving the 10 % co-financing rate required by Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1141/2014, the co-financing rate for European political parties should be reduced to 5 %, in line with the rate for European political foundations.
