Without prejudice to their obligation to inform data subjects about the processing of their personal data and their rights as data subjects in accordance with Articles 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Articles 14 and 15 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725, the Secretariat and the National Contact Points should also inform registered jobseekers from third countries, participating employers and other participating entities about their right to technically restrict access to their personal data and to require, at any time, the deletion or modification of their personal data.
