Jobseekers from third countries can also receive support through bilateral arrangements and national frameworks on the development and validation of skills in a third country. Regarding the recognition of qualifications and validation of skills acquired in a third country in the context of such an arrangement or framework, the national legislation of the respective Member State applies.
