The Secretariat should regularly convene the Network of the National Contact Points composed of the National Contact Points from each participating Member State. The Network of the National Contact Points should serve as a means by which the National Contact Points can exchange information and best practices on the implementation of this Regulation, such as on the National Contact Points’ practices when dealing with non-compliance with the obligations or conditions laid down in this Regulation by participating employers and other participating entities.
