The main purpose of the EU Talent Pool is to support participating employers and other participating entities for the purpose of promoting and filling their job vacancies. Therefore, on the IT Platform the Secretariat should provide clear information that registration in the EU Talent Pool by jobseekers from third countries and selection for a job vacancy through the IT Platform does not guarantee that a work permit, a visa or a residence permit will be issued by the participating Member State in which the participating employer or other participating entity is established.
