To ensure fair mobility rules, taking into account any specific issues linked to the economic activity of other participating entities, the Member States are able to organise specific arrangements for monitoring the activity of other participating entities, at the request of one or more Member States if required, and inspection services if necessary, in connection with the monitoring of workers from third countries present on their territories.
