32026R1047#rec_6Regulation (EU) 2026/1047 of the European Parliament and of the Council

Recital (6)

Given the voluntary nature of the EU Talent Pool, participating Member States should also be able to withdraw from the EU Talent Pool. For that purpose, Member States should notify the EU Talent Pool Secretariat (the Secretariat) of their intention to withdraw from the EU Talent Pool. In order to allow the Secretariat and the Member States to carry out all the necessary technical and practical arrangements for such withdrawal as well as to ensure sufficient stability and predictability for jobseekers from third countries, participating employers and other participating entities, withdrawal should take effect 9 months after notification of an intention to withdraw. No new vacancies of participating employers and other participating entities from the Member State concerned should be made available on the IT Platform from the date of that notification.
