The processing of personal data for the purpose of the search and matching functions of the IT Platform should be limited to personal data necessary to identify registered jobseekers from third countries, participating employers and other participating entities, to enable the search and matching on the IT Platform and for data collection to improve the functioning of the EU Talent Pool, which should not require the processing of any special categories of personal data as referred to in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Article 10 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.
