The Secretariat should publish the list of third countries and Member States participating in Talent Partnerships on the IT Platform. The Secretariat should also publish, based on the information provided by the Member States, a list of bilateral arrangements and national frameworks on the development and validation of skills in third countries, including the third countries participating in those arrangements and frameworks, and information about specific support provided in that context.
