Complaints regarding participating employers and other participating entities who infringe relevant Union and national law and practice should be handled through existing complaints mechanisms by the national competent authorities in accordance with national law and practice. Jobseekers from third countries should also be able to report infringements to the National Contact Points. National Contact Points should forward such reports to the relevant competent authorities.
